The First Slice
Pizza luce opens its doors at 2987 Whitney Ave, Hamden, CT. A 12-seat dining room, a wood-fired oven, and a dream to serve the best pizza in New England.
2009
Community Recognition
Named "Best Pizza in Hamden" by the Connecticut Food Awards. Our loyal customer base grew to include regular catering orders for local events and businesses.
2013
Kitchen Expansion
We doubled our kitchen capacity and introduced a new seasonal menu, bringing luce pizza creativity to fresh Connecticut produce and artisan cheeses.
2017
Catering Program Launch
The pizzaluce catering program officially launched, bringing our wood-fired flavors to weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings across the state.
